Prepare yourself. I'm about to get all mushy...
Here's the thing. I think I am pretty lucky. I have this opportunity to witness - and share in - so much joy. Every single time I am invited into a family's life and home to photograph these joyful moments, I remember just how very lucky I am. It fills me up with so much emotion each and every time.
Little Benjamin. I have been looking forward to meeting him since his Shana and Justin's maternity session in December. (I could go on about Shana and Justin. In fact, I already did - here.) He arrived on January 14th, and I met him six days later to create his portraits. And there it was again - the knowledge that I am very lucky. There is something about this family. They just radiate good vibes. Even Benjamin had some smiles to share - I honestly believe they were real smiles, too. And throughout his entire session I just soaked up the joyfulness that Shana, Justin and Benjamin had to offer. Thanks, guys. Benjamin is perfect, and I am truly grateful that you invited me to capture these moments for you.
If you are visiting, please be sure to leave a word or two to congratulate Shana, Justin and Benjamin in the "comments" box below.
