Lisa and Bob ~ Connecticut Maternity Portrait Session
It's been a few weeks since Lisa and Bob's maternity session, and as I am posting these images I am 100% aware that today is their little princess's arrival day! I cannot wait to meet her for her newborn portraits this weekend. For those of you who know Lisa and Bob, you know what amazing parents they are going to be.
Lisa requested an orchard setting for her maternity session, and I was so excited when we decided upon Lyman Orchards in Middlefield as the location. It's one of my favorite spots in Connecticut, full of scenic little nooks and crannies to explore. Little did I know that the orchard was hosting a festival on our session day. I was a little nervous when I arrived at our meeting spot only to find the space crowded with people. As it turns out, though, it was perfectly serendipitous. As I scouted a new meet-up spot, I found the most perfect field with the most welcoming tree right in the middle of it. As soon as I saw the spot, I simply had to use it. And Lisa and Bob were happy to accommodate my dream. Thanks, guys. You rocked your maternity session, and your newborn session is going to be so much fun! Give your little lady lots of snuggles in the meantime.
