Tammy and Olga ~ March 31, 2017

I always cry at weddings. It's kind of like my super power. Most of the time I can keep in in check, but at Olga and Tammy's wedding that wasn't really the case. The emotions were on full throttle throughout the entire day. Getting ready: Watching the small kids' excitement, the older kids' admiration, and the anticipation all around as the brides prepared for the day was heartwarming. (Little happy tears.) The ceremony: The emotions that came pouring from Tammy and Olga - as they first glimpsed each other, as they made promises to love and care for each other's children, and as they read their personal vows - those emotions were hugely contagious. (Bigger tears.) Toasts are usually what make me lose my cool, and the toasts at this wedding were no exception. I don't think I was the only one doing the ugly sob at the beautiful toasts given to Tammy and Olga. These two women bring each other strength, support, and laughter in a way that most people can only imagine. It's the kind of love everyone should strive for. Tammy and Olga, you are beautiful. Your wedding was magical. I love the love you have for each other. I am so happy you found each other, because the world needs more of what you have. Thank you so much for sharing your day with me.
